Tortuga's was born from a shared love of food, travel, connection, and creating experiences that make people feel something.
Oscar and Jennifer first met through the acting community, where storytelling and human connection naturally brought their worlds together. Oscar studied Tourism & Hospitality right here in Bucks County, while Jennifer's passion for wellness and food grew through her time with the Dr. Oz Bite Club — where she spoke about healthy living, balance, and the idea that food can be both nourishing and genuinely enjoyable.

As they traveled together, they became inspired by the energy of the places that stayed with them most — the fresh flavors, the welcoming atmosphere, the tropical escapes, the little cafés, the airport lounges, the open kitchens, and the unforgettable moments shared with people from all walks of life around the world.
That inspiration eventually became Tortuga's.
